"Love one another as I have loved you in our home, school and Parish family"

School dinners

We have a wonderful school cook on site who prepares nutritious, home-cooked food for the children.  During the summer months, she and her team can prepare a healthy packed lunch as an alternative to a hot meal if the children would prefer.  They would need to choose either a picnic or a hot meal for a half term.  If they choose this, they can dine in a picnic style and take advantage of our beautiful grounds.  All children in YR, Y1 and Y2 are entitled to a school meal free of charge.

Children in all other classes are charged £2.15 per day which should be paid via the school app on a Monday morning for the week.  For this price they will be provided with a dinner of their choice, plus a drink, a dessert and a 'help yourself' salad cart.  There is always lots of food available should children fancy a little extra.

If you think you may be entitled to support to pay for your school meals, click HERE and you can make your application.  Our family Support workers will help you with this if you have any questions, or if you are unsure as to whether or not you qualify.

*COVID-19*

Currently, due to COVID-19 restrictions, the menu has been altered to allow for safest working practices in the kitchen.  However, the children are absolutely loving the revised menu.  For the time being, food is served on flight trays and taken to the children instead of them lining up and making a choice.  The children have to stay in their bubbles during their allocated slot in the dining room and we are upholding the highest level of hygiene between sittings to keep the children safe.  All children sanitise their hands prior to eating.  We have deployed more staff within school to support with this and the staggered lunchtimes
